Each North Pole Post delivery is created especially for one child.

Enter it exactly as you would like Santa to address them.

Name of the Person They Miss
Enter the name your child actually knew them by—for example: Mommy, Daddy, Nana, Papa, Grandpa Joe, Mimi or Aunt Sarah.

Please double-check all spelling before submitting your order. Your child's card will be printed using exactly the information you provide.

If Heaven's Pockets makes a personalization or printing error, we will make it right at no additional cost. We cannot reprint or refund cards for incorrect information submitted with the order.

The magic begins before your child ever opens their Christmas delivery.

Each card will arrive in a beautifully decorated North Pole Post envelope, designed to feel like a tiny Christmas parcel that has made a very special journey.

Expect North Pole postal details, Christmas ribbon-inspired artwork, special delivery markings, festive finishing touches and an envelope personally addressed to your child.

Final envelope artwork and finishing details may vary slightly from the preview shown as we complete our Christmas production proofs.

Upon checkout you can ship directly to the child or to you. Every North Pole Post envelope will be shipped inside a rigid mailer. So you are able to receive the envelope in secret when needed. 

At checkout, enter the mailing address where you would like your child's special delivery to arrive as the shipping address.

If little hands are usually the first to check your mailbox, consider using an address where a grown-up can receive the envelope first and keep it safely tucked away until the perfect Christmas moment.

Ordering for more than one child? If the cards are going to different mailing addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

These special Christmas deliveries are available by preorder only. This reserves your child's pocket drop delivery.

Christmas Delivery List closes: November 30, 2026
North Pole Post mailing date: December 14, 2026

All 2026 North Pole Post deliveries will be mailed together on December 14, giving each special envelope time to make its Christmas journey.

While our mailing date has been planned to allow plenty of time before Christmas, postal transit times are outside our control and an exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed. Our shipments will include tracking.

Christmas postage and mailing are included.

Every North Pole Post delivery is created especially for one child, and we want the experience of receiving it to feel just as special as the message inside.

If your delivery arrives damaged:
Please contact Heaven's Pockets as soon as possible and include a photograph of the damage. When time allows, we will happily send a replacement. If a replacement cannot reasonably arrive in time for Christmas, we will work with you on the best available solution, which may include a refund. Our contents will be shipped in a rigid mailer to ensure your contents arrives safe and sound.

If your delivery doesn't arrive:
Please watch tracking and contact us after a reasonable mailing period. Depending on the timing and circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund. We cannot replace or refund an order because of ordinary postal delays while it is still reasonably in transit. 

Personalization mistakes:
Cards are printed using exactly the information submitted with the order. We cannot reprint or refund cards because of incorrect spelling, names or other information supplied by the customer.

If Heaven's Pockets makes an error, we will make it right at no additional cost.

Incorrect mailing addresses:
Orders mailed to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded at our expense.

Because each North Pole Post delivery is personalized, orders cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be canceled once personalization has entered production.

If something genuinely goes wrong with your special delivery, please reach out. We'll always do our best to find a thoughtful and fair solution.
