If Heaven’s Pockets makes a personalization or printing error, we will make it right at no additional cost. We cannot offer complimentary reprints or refunds for spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted with the order.

Christmas 2026 preorder closes November 30, 2026. Holiday Pocket Drops are created in limited quantities for the Christmas season. Preorders will remain open through Nov. 30th, OR until our available holiday quantity has been reserved, whichever comes first. We suggest that if you want to reserve a drop not to wait to be sure you make the list.

All 2026 Christmas Pocket Post deliveries are scheduled to be mailed together on December 14, 2026.

We intentionally chose our mailing date to allow time for each special delivery to make its Christmas journey. However, once mail enters the postal system, exact arrival dates are outside of our control and Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will have a tracking number asigned to your mail. 

Your recipient’s envelope will be personally addressed using the shipping information provided with your order.

At checkout, enter the mailing address where you would like the recipient’s Christmas Pocket Post delivered.

The envelope itself will be addressed to the recipient.

If you would rather receive it first and give it to them yourself, simply use an address where you can safely receive their special delivery.

Sending Pocket Post to more than one mailing address? Please place a separate order for each address so every delivery finds its way to the correct place.

The experience begins before the card is even opened.

Each Christmas Pocket Post will arrive in a rigid mailer to keep the contents safe. Inside will be the beautifully decorated Christmas envelope designed to make an ordinary trip to the mailbox feel a little more magical.

Expect special Christmas postal artwork, keepsake details and recipient addressing incorporated into the experience.

Final envelope artwork and finishing details may vary slightly from product previews as we complete our final Christmas production proofs. Every envelope will still be created with the same care and Christmas magic shown throughout the collection.

North Pole Post mailing date: December 14, 2026

All 2026 North Pole Post deliveries will be mailed together on December 14, giving each special envelope time to make its Christmas journey.

While our mailing date has been planned to allow plenty of time before Christmas, postal transit times are outside our control and an exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed.

Christmas postage and mailing are included.

Every North Pole Post delivery is created especially for one recipient, and we want the experience of receiving it to feel just as special as the message inside.

If your delivery arrives damaged:
Please contact Heaven's Pockets as soon as possible and include a photograph of the damage. When time allows, we will happily send a replacement. If a replacement cannot reasonably arrive in time for Christmas, we will work with you on the best available solution, which may include a refund. We ship in rigid mailers to make sure your delivery arrives in good shape.

If your delivery doesn't arrive:
Please contact us after a reasonable mailing period. Depending on the timing and circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund. We cannot replace or refund an order because of ordinary postal delays while it is still reasonably in transit.

Personalization mistakes:
Cards are printed using exactly the information submitted with the order. We cannot reprint or refund cards because of incorrect spelling, names or other information supplied by the customer.

If Heaven's Pockets makes an error, we will make it right at no additional cost.

Incorrect mailing addresses:
Orders mailed to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded at our expense.

Because each North Pole Post delivery is personalized, orders cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be canceled once personalization has entered production.

If something genuinely goes wrong with your special delivery, please reach out. We'll always do our best to find a thoughtful and fair solution.
