About the Jet Plasma Device
​
Jet Plasma Pro Esthetic is the most advanced Plasma Technology and is patented. The tip of the plasma device is only used on you and is an actual circuit board. It is made with a material called PP which is the most expensive and sterile material available. The tip releases a high voltage of 13,000 volts. The Jet Profosma pen contains three different gases.
• Cold Plasma
• J Plasma which is helium converted to gas
• Ozone Plasma
The Jet device also has microcurrent

These three gases create a dense form of plasma making it more effective then other cold plasma devices which create short bursts of plasma and will not provide long term results comparable to Jet Plasma.

Does Jet Plasma Hurt? What are the side effects?

No! Jet is a non surgical treatment with immediate benefits. Some don't feel anything at all, others may feel a warm sensation. The treatment does not create surface trauma. Some experience a little pinkness in their skin which will subside in a hour. Treatment around the eye area may be a little puffy which will subside in a day or two. Overall there are no significant side effects other then slight redness and you will feel somewhat tight.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
When will I see Improvement in my Skin?
Everyone's skin is different plus everyone's home routine is different. So your outcome will be different depending on your age, genetics and things like how often you are in the sun and your lifestyle. Our recommendation is a minimum of 3 treatments. We take before and after photos to monitor your progress. We can talk more about your individual needs at your consultation.

Is there anyone who should not get Jet Plasma treatments?
​
Yes! there are some who should NOT get Jet Plasma treatments.
• No Pacemakers, No Pregnancy, No Hypersensitive
• No one with implanted neurostimulator
• No one with any electrical implanted device
• No one with slow medication release
• No one who is receiving chemo therapy or radiation. Please wait until 6 months after your last treatment.
• Can not be used on skin cancerous lesions. If in doubt of what the "spot" is on your skin please be seen by a doctor first for diagnosis.
• ALL fitzpatrick levels and be treated with Jet
Before and After Care
All I need from you is clean skin. I ask men to shave their faces before the session. Following the treatment, due to channels in the skin being open. It is important you do not apply anything to the skin for a full12 hours after treatment. The golden rule is 12 hours for all the below. Try not to touch your face!
• No Makeup can be worn after the treatment for 12 hours.
• No exercise, sauna or steam room.
• No skincare can be used other then what I apply.
• No SPF please.
After the 12 hours you can resume your normal skincare routine.

What about Botox or filler?
Microdermabrasion & Microneedling?
​
• You must wait two weeks from the date of your Botox injection to get your first Jet Plasma treatment.
• You can go to a Botox appointment 24 hours after a Jet Plasma Treatment.
• It is safe to receive a Jet Plasma treatment with filler. Just wait two weeks from the date you received your your filler injection.
• Jet will not dissolve filler or Botox.
• Please wait 4 weeks after your have had a microneedling or microdermabrasion treatment to schedule your Jet treatment.
